   What an awesome presentation. A really good guide for surgeons to fix complicated situations around the ankle. I think what is missed in this presentation is when you should not operate complicated pacients, speceally when surgical outcomes will be poor comparated to non surgical outcomes (even when non surgical results are far from the optimal)
