Sir I am interested in your fellowship in Shoulder surgery.
Presently i’m connected with our armed forces ( AFP) as a military medical officer assigned at Philippine Military Academy as command surgeon. I finished my orthopedic residency at AFP medical Center last 2006 and had my fellowship training at Singapore General Hospital Orthopedic Sports Medicine from August 2010 to February 2011 under the gaurdianship of Prof. Paul Chang, Dr Mitra and Prof Denny Lie.
I’m applying in your good institution to further hone my skills in areas pertaining to shoulder surgery.
    Hoping from hearing you soon.
    Godless..
