Dorsolumbar Kyphosis in paediatric spine with characteristic tongue like projections are hallmark of “pseudoachondroplasia” which is a type of SED.

Beaking of vertebra with DL Kyphosis is a hallmark of pseudoachondroplasia. I had wrongly written it as SED in my previous comment. However, same can be seen in Morquio’s Syndrome. MPS Type 4. That makes MPS as the correct answer.
