Introductory Message:

• Most surgeons rely on their training, recent trends and published literature. Unfortunately the literature contains studies which give contradictory results, creating confusion about the correct treatment. Hence the theme for this conference will be consensus and concerns for better understanding and optimal treatment. In addition we will also have a live webconference of shoulder surgeries and lectures broadcasted by G9MD from Dallas at 5.30 PM to 9.00 PM followed by dinner on Friday. A glance of the CHARMINAR and a visit to the CHOWMAHALLA PALACE followed by banquet is being planned
