HI
I had seen many children between 3 and 6, with flexible flatfoot, no short or spastic Achilles Tendo that complain about pain when they walk 2 blocks, they say they feel “tired” and refer the pain at the sole or at the anterior surface of leg
If I tell the parents is normal they will go with another doctor to get treatment
what is happening with them? what is the reason of their pain?
