My question will be, following post reduction of simple elbow dislocation if we get instability of elbow(re-dislocation) with less than 30 degree of flexion, what should be our next move? and what degree of instability is a requirement for operative intervention? and also which side(medial/lateral) be approached for repair/reconstruction?
