Diagnostic Elbow Arthroscopy for OCD lesion of the Capitellum

This video demonstrates an elbow arthroscopy in a 13 year old girl with longstanding elbow pain after several months of rest. Symptoms were unchanged since an MRI was obtained showing an OCD lesion of the capitellum. Her motion was normal, she had no effusion, and she had no locking symptoms prior to arthroscopy.
